Welcome note
Croatian Chemistry Student Symposium is a unique and successful event organized by Student Section of Croatian Chemical Society by principle students for students. The main idea of the project is to gather students from different aspects of chemistry on both national and international level and give them the opportunity to present their areas of research. More importantly, goal of the Symposium is to encourage cooperation and initiate communication between students. Previous Symposiums turned out to be great possibility for young, ambitious and skilled scientists to present their research to wider audience which was additionally confirmed, to our pride and immense happiness, by rewarding the Symposium with a Rectors award.
It is my great pleasure to announce that we are successfully maintaining the tradition by organizing 4th Croatian Chemistry Student Symposium on the 28th of October 2017 at the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Science in Zagreb, Croatia. The Symposium offers a few invited lectures and around twenty oral presentations, and a novelty this year, poster presentations as a way of allowing participation in the Symposium to even more students.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great honor to invite you to join and be a part of 4th Croatian Chemistry Student Symposium and I hope that we can make the Symposium both great scientific and social experience.
